St Mary's Sixth Form College

The Professional Academy offers SM6 students considering a teaching career the chance to develop relevant knowledge and experience. Open to sixth formers studying a Level 3 programme over two years, it provides workshops on topics like cognitive science and safeguarding, opportunities to engage with education professionals, and observations across Early Years, Primary, and Secondary settings, along with meaningful workplace experience through the Vantage North Humber Teacher Training Hub.
